“You really never know the quality of your travel manager until a major issue occurs. I arrived in Buenos Aires for the start of a two week trip and found out a volcano had irrupted in the Chilean side of Patagonia and virtually shut the country down. By the time I finished my lunch, the Dream Outdoors host had already created several new itinerary options for our group and had a plane waiting to take us on one of the most incredible trips I have ever been on.
